It is always better to sweat during training rather than to bleed during battle

To develop a good team of dragon & lion dancers is not an easy task. In order to achieve our aim of nurturing young and dynamic dancers, training plays an important role in our organization.

"Without proper training,

"the lion will be without expression"

"the dragon will be without motion"

"the drum will be without rhythm"

On top of proper training on the techniques of dragon & lion dancing, our Coach also focus on the following:
Team Bonding
To develop each member into a team player characterized for being selfless, helpful and always put others before self
Discipline
As a martial art practitioner, self discipline is of utmost importance. The discipline instilled from lion dancing will apply to our members in their daily life. Responsibilities in their personal action & studies in order to excel.
Filial Piety To pay respect to seniors and to take care of the juniors.
Fighting Spirit
The will to endure throughout the physical training session. The motivation to do "ONE MORE TIME" cultivate a never say die attitude that essential in keeping one's alive.

Our training session involves lion dance, dragon dance, festive drum, flag dance, games etc. Our training is filled with fun & laughter yet systematic & disciplined. Currently, we have members aged between 8 years old to 30 years old. If you are interested in joining us, we always welcome you to join our troupe.

Training Sessions : Every Saturday 5.00pm - 9.00pm
Venue : Toh Guan Road East Enterprise Hub Level 9
Requirement : Age > 7; regardless of race, gender, religion; no criminal record.


TUITION CLASS (For Schooling Members only)

Beside regular training session, tuition class is also provided free of charge for our members. Lead by our Chief Coach, Jeffrey Tan, who is an engineering graduate from NTU. Tuition class is given to our members 2 hours before training.

Our aim is to ensure that every member put their studies before their hobbies.
